Sweet Potato Vermicelli - 400g
They are spaghetti, very nutritious vermicelli, quite slippery with a rubbery consistency, obtained from potato starch.
They certainly represent a healthy alternative to the very common wheat or rice flour noodles. They are ideal for stir-fries and soups. Just let them soak in water and they can be cooked by boiling or sautéing. Great for hotpot!
