SHIPPING: RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

At checkout, you can select your preferred courier from Bartolini, Poste Italiane, and UPS.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of payment.

CONTINENTAL ITALY
  • Shipping times: 1-4 working days (indicative and non-binding)
  • SHIPPING COSTS: €6.90 - FREE for orders over €89
SICILY, CALABRIA, and SARDINIA
  • Shipping times: 2-6 working days (indicative and non-binding)
  • SHIPPING COSTS: €7.90 - FREE for orders over €89

*Delivery times are indicative and may vary. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, but our customer service is always available to assist you.

*Once the order is shipped, in case of incorrect or incomplete address, a fee of €10 will be applied for reshipping, corresponding to the storage fees requested by the courier.

In case of REFUSAL of the package upon delivery, the shipping costs for the return will also be charged. The refund will then be made by deducting the shipping costs for both the outgoing and return trips, as well as storage fees from the total order amount.

Any ANOMALIES related to delivery (package not received, delivery to an unknown person, missing package) must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date indicated by the courier's tracking.

Reports made after this deadline do not guarantee a refund or replacement of the order.

MAINLAND ITALY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Order processing refers to all internal procedures that Oishii Planet carries out from the receipt of the order until the delivery of the product to the courier.

For orders in Milan (zip code 200**, 201**), deliveries are available for €3 with a minimum purchase of €39.

Home delivery is scheduled between Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

*Option for pickup at the warehouse with no shipping costs. Address:

We ship most packages with the Bartolini courier. When they receive the package, BRT also sends an email with a link where you can reschedule the delivery for another day/time or to a pickup point. Shipments to smaller islands and the Venice lagoon are entrusted to Poste Italiane. If you wish to use a different courier than these two, please contact us for the best assistance. The courier makes 2 free delivery attempts at your home. If you are absent after the 2 attempts, the package will be held at the nearest branch, awaiting your instructions (redelivery for €10, or pickup at the courier's office within 2 working days). If you do not provide instructions or do not visit the branch, the package will be returned to us, resulting in the cancellation of the order. In this case, we will be forced to charge you the actual shipping costs. Once the order has shipped, additional costs will be charged for address changes and incorrect/incomplete addresses.

FAQ ON SHIPPING

If you have placed a wrong order or want to modify the order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to:

You will no longer be able to cancel, modify, or refuse the order once it has been shipped.

In case of REFUSAL of the package upon delivery, the return shipping costs will also be charged. The refund will then be processed by deducting the outbound, return, and storage shipping costs from the total order amount.

We pack every shipment carefully to preserve the integrity of the contents. We use cardboard boxes and bubble wrap. For sensitive items like glass bottles, we use bubble wrap.

We do our best to limit environmental impact by sometimes using recycled boxes.

You will receive a confirmation email of the shipment once the order has been shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
