Returns
Oishii Planet applies a return and refund policy in accordance with European regulations. This means that the customer has the right to return any item within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- in the original packaging.
- have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately inform you about the refund status after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Modify or cancel an order
You can modify or cancel an order before shipping.

For cancellations/returns after shipment, shipping costs will be charged to cover courier fees.
Damaged items / Claims
Although we prepare packages with the utmost care, fragile items may be damaged during transport. Please always check the package upon receipt and SIGN WITH RESERVATION for any refunds or discount vouchers.
-"Signing with reservation means that the recipient of the goods received via courier reserves the right to verify the integrity of the goods and that, in case of damage caused during transport, the courier will be held responsible. By law (art. 1693 CC), the courier is responsible for damage to goods from the moment they receive them until delivery."
For damage claim processing, the following are mandatory:
1. Photos of the damaged goods, not just a single detail.
2. Photos of the internal packaging that protected the contents during transport.
3. Photos of the package as delivered showing the courier label.
If you have received damaged items during transport, we apologize and invite you to contact us as soon as possible to arrange a discount voucher or refund.
Missing or wrong items
What to do if one or more items are missing from your order:
- Carefully check the contents of the box. Some items may be wrapped in packing paper or hidden by cardboard inserts used in the packaging.
- If you still cannot find the item(s), contact us as soon as possible to arrange a discount voucher or refund.
What to do if you received one or more wrong items
- Check the order slip and verify that the wrong items are not substitute items.
- If you have confirmed that the item received is wrong, contact us as soon as possible for a possible refund or discount voucher.
Undelivered shipment
Any delivery issues (package not received, delivery to an unknown person, missing package) must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date indicated by the courier tracking.
Reports made after this period may not allow an investigation with the courier and do not guarantee a refund or replacement of the order.
