Standard shipping for all orders placed before 12:00 PM

• 1-4 working days for Northern and Central Italy
• 2-6 working days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and Minor Islands

Order fulfillment occurs within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information and the courier with which we shipped your order.

We ship most packages with the Bartolini courier. When they receive the package, BRT also sends an email with a link where you can reschedule the delivery to another day/time or to a pickup point.

Shipments to smaller islands and the Venice lagoon are entrusted to Poste Italiane.

If you wish to use a different courier than these two, please contact us to assist you better.

Most discount codes have requirements that are listed along with the coupon submission. If you have ensured that you meet the necessary requirements (minimum order, by deadline, etc...) and the code still does not work, send us an email and we will promptly check the issue!

Many Chinese products have the production date printed on the packaging. Refer to the label in Italian to see the shelf life and thus the expiration date.

Many Japanese products indicate the expiration date in yy/mm/dd
