Shipping
Shipping costs are a flat €6.90 for orders shipped to Italy, excluding Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia. Free shipping on orders of €89 or more.

Express shipping is a flat €8.90 for all orders.

Standard shipping for all orders placed before 12:00
- 1–4 business days for northern and central Italy
- 2–6 business days for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and the smaller islands
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will then receive an email with the tracking information and the name of the courier we used to ship your order.
We ship most packages with the Bartolini courier. When they receive the package, BRT also sends an email with a link that allows you to reschedule the delivery for another day/time or have it delivered to a pickup point.
Shipments to smaller islands and the Venice Lagoon are entrusted to Poste Italiane.
If you would like to use a courier other than these two, please contact us so we can assist you as best as possible.

Most discount codes have requirements that are listed along with the coupon. If you have confirmed that you meet the necessary requirements (minimum order, before the expiration date, etc.) and the code still does not work, send us an email and we will promptly investigate the issue!
Many Chinese products have the production date printed on the packaging. Refer to the Italian label to check the shelf life and therefore the expiration date.
Many Japanese products indicate the expiration date as yy/mm/dd.
We are open during the following hours for warehouse pickup:
Monday–Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., continuous hours.
