Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

For processing order we mean all the internal procedures that Oishii Planet implements from receipt of the order up to delivery Of the product to the courier.

Cancel an order

If you have placed a wrong order or want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. It will no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order when it is fulfilled.

Free Standard Shipping for islands and Venice on orders over € 109

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Shipping rates and delivery estimates (temporarily suspended)

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please place your order before 2pm to ensure your package is received within one business day.

Delivery with standard courier

The courier makes 2 free delivery attempts at home. In case of absence after the 2 attempts, the package will go into storage at the nearest branch, pending your instructions (return with 8 €, or collection at the courier's office within 2 working days). If you do not have to give instructions or do not go to the branch, the package will be returned to us with consequent cancellation of the order. In this case we will be forced to charge you the out of pocket shipping costs.

Once the order has been sent, additional costs will be charged for changes of addresses and incorrect / incomplete addresses.

Delivery within the Municipality of Milan

For orders within the Municipality of Milan, home deliveries are available for € 3 for a minimum purchase of € 30 Home delivery is scheduled between Thursday-Friday -saturday.

Confirmation of shipment and traceability of the order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Packing of parcels

We pack each shipment with care to preserve the integrity of the content. We use ecological cardboard boxes and bubble wrap bags. For sensitive items such as glass bottles, we use recycled bubble wrap. We do our best to limit the environmental impact.
