The package contains 10 sheets (25g) of toasted nori seaweed with which about 120 maki sushi can be prepared. Visit our blog for making sushi.

Preparation instruction
Maki-sushi preparation:
1. Spread a sheet of nori seaweed (with the shiny side down) on the appropriate bamboo mat. Cover the seaweed with a layer of rice, making sure to leave about 2cm of seaweed on the long side.
2. Place the fish and the vegetables cut into fillets in the center.
3. Moisten the side of the seaweed left free and roll the mat into a roll.
4. Cut the roll into 6 pieces and the pieces on the plate accompanying with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
