Did you know you can make tteokbokki at home with rice paper?
Ingredients
- Rice paper
- Water
Procedure
1 - Soak one sheet of rice paper in lukewarm water for a few seconds. Remove it from the water and place it on a flat surface.
2 - Roll up the rice paper.

3 - Repeat the process as many times as desired, then cut the rice paper rolls into 3 or 4 pieces.
4 - With tteokbokki sauce, you can cook them directly like regular tteokbokki.
You can also add cheese, seaweed, vermicelli, or whatever your creativity suggests, and roll up the tteokbokki as in procedure 2.
