Did you know you can make tteokbokki at home with rice paper?
Ingredients
- Rice paper
- Water
Procedure
1 - Soak a rice paper in warm water for a few seconds. Take it out of the water and place it on a flat surface.
2 - Roll the rice paper.

3 - Repeat the process for the desired quantity, and cut the rice paper rolls into 3 or 4 pieces.
4 - With the tteokbokki sauce, you can cook them directly like regular tteokbokki.
You can also add cheese, seaweed, vermicelli, or whatever your creativity suggests, and roll the tteokbokki as in step 2.
