- Chasen or Whip for matcha
- Chasaku or matcha spoon
- Sieve
HOW TO PREPARE
STEP 1: Sift 1-2 teaspoons (chasaku) of matcha into a cup using a small sieveSTEP 2: Add 60ml of hot water. For best results, use water just below boiling.
STEP 3: Whisk vigorously in a zigzag until the tea is frothy.
STEP 4: Enjoy your matcha tea straight from the bowl.
