Lungkow Bean Vermicelli
Ultra-thin translucent noodles, or vermicelli, made from mung bean flour (green soybeans). Soy vermicelli is a very popular ingredient in Thai cuisine and is used in a variety of dishes, from spicy beef, pork, or fish salads to baked crabs or prawns. Alternatively, it can be stir-fried to make stir-fried vermicelli or provide a crunchy texture for salads.
