Sempio Green Tea Vermicelli - 300g
Sempio wheat vermicelli with green tea are thin, square noodles made from wheat flour and green tea powder from Jeju Island. They retain the fresh taste of green tea and its green color, making them a great summer delicacy.
These vermicelli are hand-kneaded and aged for 16 hours to ensure a pleasantly chewy texture. They are dried using a hot air convection drying method, very similar to a natural drying environment, ensuring the vermicelli dries evenly. This way, the vermicelli does not easily become soft or soggy.
Easy to measure: portioned into tied bundles and packaged in an aluminum sheet to protect the fresh color and flavor of green tea from light and oxygen.
