Wide Sweet Potato Spaghetti - 350g
They are very nutritious spaghetti with a slippery, gummy texture made from sweet potato starch (known for a very high Vitamin A content).
They definitely represent a healthy alternative to the very common wheat or rice flour noodles. They are very suitable for frying and soups. Just soak them in water and they can be cooked by boiling or stir-frying. Great for hotpot!
Cook for 30 minutes, or soak overnight.
