
Wide Sweet Potato Spaghetti - 500g
They are very nutritious spaghetti, quite slippery with a chewy consistency, made from the starch of sweet potatoes (known for their very high Vitamin A content).
They certainly represent a healthy alternative to the very common wheat or rice flour noodles. They are very suitable for fries and soups. Just let them soak in water and they can be cooked boiled or sautéed. Great for hotpots!
Cook for 30 minutes, or leave to soak overnight.
