They are very nutritious noodles quite slippery with a rubbery consistency made from the starch of sweet potatoes (known for a very high content of Vitamin A).
They certainly represent a healthy alternative to the very common wheat or rice flour noodles. They are very suitable for fried food and soups. Just let them soak in water and they can be cooked boiled or sauteed. Great for hotpots!
To cook for 30 minutes, or soak for one evening.
