These rice noodles can be prepared in delicious soups, sauteed or to taste according to your taste.

Sauteed: Leave the spaghetti in lukewarm water for about 6-8 minutes, then drain and leave to dry. Sauté along with peeled shrimp, mushrooms and other vegetables until cooked through and let cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, hot sauce or whatever you like.
Fried: Fry the spaghetti in hot oil, until golden and ready for the table. Recommended served with congee, but also delicious prepared with mushrooms and shrimps.
In soup: leave to soften in water at room temperature for 20-25 minutes, then drain. Dip the spaghetti in boiling water and let it cook for a few minutes. Add sauces and toppings and serve.
