Sriracha is a chili sauce made from chili peppers, distilled white vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. In Thailand, sriracha is mainly used as a dipping sauce, particularly with fish dishes. In Vietnamese cuisine, sriracha is used to season pho or fried noodles, or as a garnish for spring rolls (chả giò). Sriracha also goes well with soups, eggs, and sandwiches.
