Green sriracha sauce has a fresher flavor unlike red sriracha. The spiciness remains strong, but it's not like a powerful punch that will stun the taste buds. Instead, the spiciness builds up and lingers, making you crave even more.
Sriracha is a chili sauce made with chillies, distilled white vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt. In Thailand, sriracha is mainly used as an accompanying sauce, particularly for seafood dishes. In Vietnamese cuisine, sriracha is used to flavor pho or fried noodles, or to garnish spring rolls (chả giò). The sriracha also accompanies soups, eggs and sandwiches.
