Sriracha is a chili sauce made from peppers, distilled white vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. In Thailand, sriracha is mainly used as a dipping sauce, particularly for fish dishes. In Vietnamese cuisine, sriracha is used to season pho or fried noodles, or to garnish spring rolls (chả giò). Sriracha also accompanies soups, eggs, and sandwiches.
