Nanami Togarashi or Sichimi Togarashi (assorted chili pepper) is a traditional Japanese seasoning consisting of a blend of 7 spices, with red chili pepper as the main ingredient. S&B Assorted Chili Pepper offers the rich aroma and color of a well-balanced blend of red chili pepper, orange peel, black sesame, white sesame, Japanese pepper, ginger, and seaweed.
Use as a seasoning for noodles such as Udon and Soba, or meat dishes containing beef, chicken, pork, or fish, instead of pepper or mustard, or as a seasoning for sushi rolls.
