Mirin - 500ml
Very sweet rice wine generally used to round off the flavor of fish or seitan dishes: add a few drops during cooking for an absolutely special effect, as you would with wine.
How to use: Add in small quantities to cooking fish, seaweed, vegetables, preferably together with soy sauce. Or use as an ingredient in sauces.
