Each 50 ml bottle is made with 100% Japanese Nanko ume fruit and offers a unique taste experience thanks to more than two years of maceration in sugarcane alcohol.

   The traditional version, with a sweet, fruity taste and notes of almond and marzipan.

   Enriched with red shiso leaf extract, which gives it a herbal aroma and a delicate pink color.

   Naturally sweetened with honey and royal jelly, it offers a rich, velvety aromatic profile.

Umeshu is made by immersing unripe Japanese plums in alcohol and sugar, allowing the flavors to infuse; some bottles even come with the whole plum still inside! This type of alcohol has a sweet-and-sour taste and is excellent mixed with soda or served straight over ice.
