Aonori is the type of seasoning of this product that allows it to be used on most tasty Japanese dishes. Nori seaweed is a type of seaweed that is "roasted" and is commonly used in Japanese cuisine. It is used for a finishing touch, as a form of decoration on food or as a condiment for any type of dish. No preparation is needed. Just sprinkle liberally on the food. Popularly used on Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki and Yakisoba.
