Buckwheat noodles, soba, are rough and thick noodles with a brownish-gray color. They are made of wheat and buckwheat flour.
Sample buckwheat noodles are made with a vacuum-packed seasoned dough that gives them a chewy and pleasant texture. The noodles were dried using the hot air convection drying method, much like a natural drying environment. This allows the buckwheat noodles to dry evenly, preventing them from becoming mushy and soggy, and enhances the genuine flavor and aroma of the buckwheat.
Our buckwheat noodles have a great texture that goes well with a variety of hot and chilled noodle dishes and are great served with dipping sauce.
