Soy vermicelli 18-20cm
Ultra thin translucent noodles, or vermicelli, made from mung bean (soy) flour. Soy vermicelli are a very popular ingredient in Thai cooking and are used in a variety of dishes, from spicy beef, pork or fish salads to baked crab or shrimp. Alternatively it can be pan fried to make sauteed vermicelli or provide a crunchy texture for salads.
