Ottogi Traditional Danmyun Glass Noodle are Ottogi's old-fashioned vermicelli made with a traditional production method handed down for some time. Ottogi vermicelli are a product based on sweet potato starch, the noodles are chewy and soft. Prepare delicious meals with old-fashioned chewy vermicelli. Add chewy vermicelli to japchae, stir-fried dishes or soups to complement the rich taste.
They are very nutritious noodles quite slippery with a rubbery consistency made from the starch of sweet potatoes (known for a very high content of Vitamin A).
They certainly represent a healthy alternative to the very common wheat or rice flour noodles. They are very suitable for fried food and soups. Just let them soften in water and they can be cooked boiled or sautéed.
To cook for 30 minutes, or leave to soak for one evening.
