Longjing tea (龙井茶), sometimes called by its name literally translated Dragon Well tea, is a variety of roasted green tea from the Longjing village area in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, China. It is mainly produced by hand and is renowned for its high quality.

Longjing tea is unique in the world for its green color, beautiful shape, fragrant and smooth taste and ranks first among the top ten famous teas in China.
