Maruchan's new patented method of making noodles has achieved superior taste and texture such as the freshly made noodles.
The noodles are not fried and you can enjoy the taste of the soup. Even the length of the noodles, ranging from 25 to 30 cm, is carefully thought out to make it easy to eat.
The thickness of the noodles is different for each taste of the series. Thick noodles for miso, thin noodles for tonkotsu shoyu, medium thick for salt and soy sauce flavors.
