Sriracha is a chili sauce made from chili peppers, distilled white vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt. In Thailand, sriracha is mainly used as an accompanying sauce, especially for fish dishes. In Vietnamese cuisine, sriracha is used to flavor pho or fried noodles, or to garnish spring rolls (chả giò). Sriracha also accompanies soups, eggs and sandwiches.
