Otafuku's ponzu sauce, or citrus soy sauce, will add a touch of flavor with a refreshing note to all your dishes.

This ponzu sauce contains real yuzu juice grown in Tokushima Prefecture. The sour and refreshing taste of yuzu makes soy sauce even tastier.
Perfect to be combined with fried or grilled foods and also to dress salads.

Il prezzo è così alto perchè questa salsa, a differenza delle altre, è fatta con vero succo di Yuzu. Un modo molto economico per farsi la propria salsa ponzu in casa è di aggiungere il succo di limone alla salsa di soya, ma la vera salsa ponzu per me è speciale! Per capirci, è quella che mettono nella tartare di tonno come "sughino" nei ristoranti buoni!
